This superb Tibetan bowl has a very large diameter (43.5cm), so you can stand in it to soak up the vibrations from your feet. Although it weighs 8kg, it can also be placed on the hips. It offers deep sound and powerful vibrations.

Handmade in Nepal by craftsmen who respect the ancestral tradition, it has been carefully selected for its quality.

A large mallet is included with this giant Tibetan bowl (unless it's on sale).
