On Sunday, September 6, treat yourself to a truly timeless break with a special restorative yoga session led live by Ivan Sala and the enchanting sounds of his handpans.
Hosted by Laurence Chehab-Fabry, restorative yoga invites you to slow down, release tension, and rediscover a deep sense of calm. The poses, which are simple and accessible to everyone, are supported by various props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, cushions, etc.) to allow the body to relax completely, without effort.
When held for several minutes, these stretches help relax deep tissues, soothe the nervous system, and provide a true space for physical and mental recovery.
Throughout this interlude, the vibrations of the handpan blend with the sounds of singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other intuitive instruments to create an immersive soundscape. A unique sensory experience that invites you to let go, be present, and recharge.
Treat yourself to this moment of relaxation and let yourself be carried away by the combination of restorative yoga and live music. Since space is limited, be sure to reserve your mat.

In October 2027, I’m offering a new retreat format at Beau-Site in Valais: a short immersion, from Saturday afternoon through Sunday, designed to be accessible, intensive, and deeply rejuvenating.
In the heart of fall, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and treat yourself to a rejuvenating break in a natural setting that is especially soothing this time of year.
This retreat is part of the current evolution of my teaching, with a strong emphasis on slow, mindful movement, strengthening our core, and the quality of our movements.
The weekend will be structured around two main pillars:
These practices will be complemented by gentler, more inclusive activities that are in keeping with my philosophy: restorative sound baths, breathing exercises, and relaxation.

This one-night stay is intentionally shorter, but also more intensive. It allows you to enjoy a complete experience in a shorter amount of time, making it ideal for those who want to treat themselves to a break without having to take several days off.
The pace will be brisk, while still allowing time for integration and rest.
The group will consist of about 20 participants, creating a wonderful collective energy while providing a comfortable setting for practice in the 100 m² main hall at Beau-Site.

The retreat will take place at Pension Beau-Site, in Valais, in the village of Chemin, above Martigny. It is a welcoming place, surrounded by nature, and particularly inspiring in the fall.

The program presented is tentative and may be adjusted as necessary, particularly in the event of unusual weather conditions.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to enjoy a short but comprehensive experience that combines movement, strength training, relaxation, and reconnecting with oneself.
It’s perfect if you don’t have much time, or if you’d like to get a taste of my approach in a condensed format.

From April 16 to 18, 2027, I propose a new retreat at Beau-Site, in the Valais: a weekend in a small group, designed as an exploration of movement, the body and feeling.
This retreat marks an evolution in my teaching. After several years focused on Yin and introspective practices, I’m keen to open up a new space, where strengthening, mobility and body awareness will have their rightful place, while remaining faithful to my sensitive and profound approach to the body.
One of the two pillars of this weekend will be Pilates matwhich I’m currently integrating into my training. This practice will bring a more structuring, dynamic and toning dimension, with particular emphasis on muscle strengthening, stability, posture and quality of movement.
The second main axis will be another slow body approach on the floor (surprise!) which I’ll soon be integrating into my training, and which will complement Pilates with a more fluid, organic and global approach to movement.
Around these two pillars, the retreat will be enriched by practices that are more familiar in my world, such as Yin yoga, Yoga nidra, and restorative sound baths. The holistic beauty workshop led by Pascale Brousse will complete our weekend on the theme of movement and well-being.

This retreat will take place in Beau-Site’s small practice room, a warm space of around 30 m², conducive to a more intimate experience and quality accompaniment.
The group will therefore be deliberately limited to a maximum of 8-9 participants. This limited format will allow us to take our time, fine-tune our instructions and create a more personalized and immersive experience.
Another special feature of this retreat is the 3-meal-a-day option, with breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared on site.
This is an important departure from my previous retreats, which included brunch and dinner. This formula will support the rhythm of the weekend in a complete, comfortable and nourishing way.
Always prepared on site, meals are made with seasonal ingredients in a plant-based cuisine.

This retreat is for people who want to explore a complete approach to the body, where strengthening, mobility, slowness, recovery and self-presence come together.
It will particularly appeal to those who already know me through my Yin approaches and wish to discover a new facet of my teaching, but also to anyone attracted by a weekend in a small group, in a well-kept and rejuvenating setting.
The detailed program is still being created and will be communicated at a later date. At this stage, I’d just like to give you an overview of my 2027 retreat program and let you know if it resonates with you.
As a rough guide, the weekend will be structured around practice times, shared meals and free time to recharge your batteries in your own way. Here’s the rhythm we’re currently considering:
This program is indicative only and is subject to change.
*Holistic beauty workshop: an interactive exploration that will open you up to a conscious approach to beauty, in line with your lifestyle. What gives meaning to my beauty? How do I choose a cosmetics brand that really suits me?
Participation in the various activities is entirely voluntary. You can choose to rest or take time for yourself at any time.
The schedule is subject to change according to circumstances (weather, organization). We thank you for your flexibility.
Like my other retreats in 2027, this weekend will take place at the Pension Beau-Site, in the Valais, in the village of Chemin-dessus above Martigny. This charming place, surrounded by nature, offers the ideal setting to slow down, relax and take care of yourself.
Practice equipment will be provided. However, for the activities on this retreat, we strongly recommend that you bring a thick yoga mat, suitable for Pilates practice and for prolonged lying on the floor. We’ll be happy to advise you.
