For the 3rd consecutive year at Beau-Site, join Estelle & Laurence and savor their Yin-Yang cocktail, a perfect blend of discovering some practices and deepening others. And this year, the retreat will start on Friday at 2:30 PM, for even more enjoyment.
2 teachers, 2 complementary energies to guide you towards harmonious regeneration, in a charming place blending with nature.
Program
- Each morning, a longer, more YANG practice with Estelle (guided meditation, Pranayama, Hatha flow, Relaxation/visualization)
- Themed workshops in the afternoon
- At the end of the day, a longer, more YIN practice with Laurence (Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Yoga nidra, Myofascial self-massage, Sound bath)
- Healthy, fresh, and homemade meals, prepared by our hosts.
- Free time for you to take care of yourself and recharge as you wish: relaxation or physical activities in a group or solo (nap, reading, massage, hiking or snowshoeing, visit to the Gianadda Museum…)
Who is it for?
This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. No prerequisites are required, only the desire to practice with a curious mind for diverse approaches and to share a weekend that is both stimulating and rejuvenating in the magnificent Valaisan alpine setting.
