Advanced Yin Yoga Exploration Workshop - Geneva, May 23, 2024

These workshops will take you deeper into your Yin practice, inviting you to make the postures (“shapes”) your own based on a functional approach.

You will be guided to explore:

• What sensations to look for and how to feel them
• How to find your variations and adapt them to your body today
• How to play with the position of your limbs to discover other sensations
• What props to use and how to place them

Each session is an invitation to feel and explore, in a safe space that encourages curiosity and inner listening.
