- Extend your arms forward on the mat or alongside your body.

3. Cat-Cow Pose
This series of movements helps to loosen the spine and is ideal for warming up the body.
Instructions:
- On all fours, inhale as you arch your back (Cow Pose) and exhale as you round your back (Cat Pose).
