The Samadhi Performance Comfort mat has been designed to offer an ideal balance between comfort, lightness and versatility, to suit all your practices.

With its 8 mm thickness, the thickest in the store, it provides excellent cushioning and effective joint protection. It's particularly suited to Pilates, fitness or gentle yoga sessions, while remaining stable enough for more dynamic practices. Despite its thickness, it remains very light (1 to 1.2 kg) and easy to carry thanks to its included strap.

• To preserve the quality and longevity of your yoga mat, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth, a little soapy water and a few drops of essential oil or yoga-scented water.

• This mat is not designed for machine washing. For a more thorough cleaning, you can occasionally rinse it in clear water under the shower, without using chemical or aggressive products.

• After cleaning, let it air-dry completely, away from direct sunlight and any source of heat, to preserve its microfiber coating and rubber base.

• Avoid storing in direct sunlight or at high temperatures. Do not leave the mat outside if the temperature exceeds 25°C, even in the shade, as heat can alter its materials.
