• Always roll your mat with the colored surface facing outwards, to preserve its shape and durability.

• Regular cleaning: for stains, spray a special yoga mat cleaner and gently rub with a soft, non-abrasive cloth (JEMAKO-type microfiber). Let air dry.

• Deep cleaning: if the mat is very dirty, prepare lukewarm lemon water (a few drops of squeezed lemon). Wipe the surface with a soft, soaked cloth, then wipe dry and let it dry completely.

• Storage: store your mat in a dry place, away from light and sun. Ideally, keep it in a carry bag after each use.
