🎯 Important – How it works

After placing your order, you will receive an email allowing you (if you wish) to download gift card templates, which you can send by email or print. Please note: these documents do not contain the code needed to place an order.

Once your order is received, we will generate the corresponding gift card codes. This is done manually and may take a few hours (maximum 24 hours, often much faster).

If you have ordered multiple gift cards for the same person, please mention it in the order notes (before completing your payment). We will then provide a single code for the total amount. Otherwise, you will receive one code per gift card.

You simply need to pass the code(s) on to the recipient — this is the most important part! Without the code, no order can be placed. You can write it on a card, include it in an email, or even send it via WhatsApp — whatever works best, as long as the code is shared.
