The Merino wool mini-mat is a versatile accessory that supports you in both meditation and your yoga practice. Soft, comfortable, and thermo-insulating, it's ideal for protecting your joints or creating a simple relaxation cocoon.

Compact and practical (50 × 70 cm for only 500 g), it folds easily and can be carried anywhere. Slip it into your bag for outdoor sessions, travels, or retreats.

You can use it in two main ways:

• Support for knees or elbows, to place on your classic yoga mat to relieve your joints.

• Mini sitting mat, perfect for meditation, Yoga Nidra, or any relaxation practice.
