• Storage: Always roll the mat with the practice side facing outwards to keep the edges flat. Use the included golden elastic band or a strap.

• Regular cleaning: Spray water with a few drops of eco-friendly detergent, then wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Let it air dry flat.
