• Use your mat barefoot or in socks; shoes can damage the natural rubber.

• Always roll it with the colored surface facing outwards.

• After use, store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, or in a mat bag.

• Avoid prolonged UV exposure; light can weaken the material.

• If a thin whitish film appears after a long period of disuse, it’s a natural oxidation phenomenon; simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

• For cleaning, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use.

• For a deeper clean: prepare a gentle mixture (white vinegar diluted 1/20 in lukewarm water), wipe with a cloth, then rinse and let air dry.
