Benjamin @Yoga Nest – Zenspace Retreat 2025

This Yin Yoga retreat, organized by Laurence in the superb setting of Le Grand Bornand, was a wonderful discovery. Initially, Yin Yoga seemed like a less athletic discipline for me… but I realized that these long-held sequences truly allowed me to let go and disconnect my mind… and most importantly, that there’s nothing specific to achieve, as we practice the exercises according to our physical capabilities and with the benevolent guidance of Laurence, who leads us with her encouraging words… A special thought for Yvan, who came to “charm” us with the sounds of the handpan during the restorative yoga session… Magical and wonderful!!! Must do again… 😊
