Estelle and Laurence, I particularly loved your teaching. You each have your unique teaching style and practice, and I loved how well they complemented each other. You explain things with such simplicity that everything becomes easy. Thank you BeauSite, it feels like a big home; we feel so comfortable, so at home here. The staff is fantastic and the food is exceptional.
