BODY & MIND RESONANCE 🤸🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️ Yoga is a discipline that involves the physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual levels ☯️Les postures are one of the 'tools' that enable us to connect with all these levels. We aspire to create a UNION between them, to generate a common, harmonious VIBRATION that leads us to an overall, liberating well-being. To practise is therefore to establish a symbiosis between your body in posture, your breathing posed and your mind - at least a little - calmed. Anchored in the moment! Even in physically more complex postures...Apart from postures, there are other ways of working with vibrations, such as chanting mantras or using singing bowls 🎶🥣🎐 For example:- Choose a posture that inspires you- Concentrate on your breath and visualise, feel the vibration of the posture- Chant a mantra or play a singing bowlNourish the vibrations in your body and let them carry you. And above all, it's OK if some days you feel like you're in it and others you don't...
