What excites me about teaching yoga is sharing with and learning from my students. My priority is to guide them towards a better understanding of their bodies (physical, energetic and mental) so that they can improve their well-being in everyday life and their balance for all the years to come. A student once told me that she now "feels as if she is living in her body, whereas before she was living separate from her body"; I sincerely hope that all yoga practitioners will one day be able to reach this state of awareness, whenever they are ready.

My career

Every yoga session, every class I teach, is different, sometimes focusing more on the anatomical benefits of the practice, other times on the energetic aspects linking the practice of yoga to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), or I may lead a rather quiet class with an emphasis on meditation. But there's one constant in all my classes: attention to the breath is always emphasised.

Born to a mother from Ticino and a father from France, I grew up between the two countries and then moved to Switzerland to build my career and my family. Professionally as well as personally, I've always been motivated by the desire to help the people around me to grow and develop. After 13 years in management positions with a leading multinational, I took a course in Business & Life coaching and founded the company Coherence Coaching. For the last 7 years, I've been helping my clients through change. Teaching yoga is a natural continuation of this path. Having started my yoga practice in Switzerland in 2010, it was our move to Singapore in 2012 that made it possible for me to commit to a passionate and rigorous practice with boundless curiosity. I now balance my regular 'Yang' practice with more 'Yin' styles of yoga as well as meditation.

Becoming a yoga teacher has been a life-changing experience and a revelation. Passing on the benefits of yoga to those around me brings me enormous happiness. The returns All my students agree that yoga helps you to let go, to relax deeply, to regain vitality and to feel better in body and mind. Starting yoga means taking your health in hand, relaxing your body and mind, discovering your breathing and finding greater inner peace.

A certified yoga instructor and Yoga Alliance RYT200 graduate in 2013, I was then lucky enough to take part in the following events in Asia and elsewhere more than 900 hours of training in yoga and complementary approaches. In particular, I have had the privilege of deepening my understanding of Yin yoga and meditation with Sarah Powers and Jo Phee as well as Yoga Therapy with Arun Rana. She is passionate about the MFR Myofascial Release technique. Myofascial self-massage and convinced of its many benefits, I often include self-massage balls in my sequences. I've taken several certifications on this subject and am happy to pass on in Europe the teachings I've learned from Yoga Tune Up® in the US. I'm now exploring the intriguing field of relaxation through sound, having been won over by the benefits of the Sound healingher Tibetan bowls and a host of other intuitive instruments.

Convinced of the benefits of yoga, I have been teaching several weekly classes in different yoga studios on a permanent basis since 2014. My "Yin & Restorative yoga" class was awarded "Singapore's most relaxing yoga class" in 2017 by SHAPE Magazine.

Back in Geneva since 2018, I'm looking forward to meeting you at YOGA.NEST in Carouge, Geneva and elsewhere in the Lake Geneva region! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, whatever your physical condition, my group courses are adapted to your personal practice. I also regularly organise yoga workshops and retreats that allow you to deepen your practice and immerse yourself in a bubble of serenity for a few hours or days.

A complete experience for yoginis and yogis, a place to do good for everyone, including those who haven't (yet...) tasted the benefits of yoga.
