This bolster from Yoga Boutique is ideal for practising yoga and meditation.
With its cylindrical, elongated shape, this bolster is generally used for practising Yin yoga, Restorative yoga or prenatal yoga. Placed under the body, it promotes relaxation and relieves accumulated tension.
Hand-sewn in India and assembled in Switzerland, the yoga bolster has a removable, washable cover made from organic cotton. The inner cover is filled with Swiss spelt straw.
Thanks to its zip, you can adjust the height of your cushion by removing or adding padding. This way, during your yoga or meditation sessions, you can find the posture that best supports your back and the alignment of your spine.

This "yoga roller" is generally used to support the back, shoulders, knees and legs when practising gentle yoga (Yin, Restorative and prenatal). It supports the body in different positions, especially the belly in prenatal yoga.
It's also used in dynamic yoga sessions, so it's best to use it at the end of the session. During the final relaxation posture (Savasana) or during breathing exercises (Pranayama), the bolster offers effective support for completely relaxing muscles and joints.
This accessory is the perfect support for letting go completely, so you can become fully aware of your body.
Both bolster covers (outer and inner) have a zip. The cover can therefore be easily removed and washed. The height of the bolster can also be adjusted to suit individual needs, simply by adding or removing spelt husks.
Measuring 65 cm long and 23 cm in diameter, the bolster has a handle for easy carrying.
