The perfect location, the magic of these days of retreat, disconnection, and self-care in an enveloping atmosphere to let go and recharge.

This was my first Yoga retreat and certainly not my last. Everything was perfect, from the practice of different types of Yoga, the workshops, and the extraordinary sound bath we were treated to. A big Namaste to Estelle and Laurence.

The first yoga session was, of course, welcoming. I immediately felt good and peaceful, which is why I decided to continue. Laurence conducts her classes with great professionalism and tact. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and you feel comfortable in her class. I highly recommend attending a session. She also has a lovely, very soft, and relaxing voice.

This Yin Yoga retreat, organized by Laurence in the superb setting of Le Grand Bornand, was a wonderful discovery. Initially, Yin Yoga seemed like a less athletic discipline for me... but I realized that these long-held sequences truly allowed me to let go and disconnect my mind... and most importantly, that there's nothing specific to achieve, as we practice the exercises according to our physical capabilities and with the benevolent guidance of Laurence, who leads us with her encouraging words... A special thought for Yvan, who came to "charm" us with the sounds of the handpan during the restorative yoga session... Magical and wonderful!!! Must do again... 😊
