MiniYOGI is a collection of simple, fun materials specially designed to introduce children to yoga. The aim? To give them the opportunity to discover, laugh and relax around yoga.
What are MiniYogi cards? 50 animal-inspired cards for playing yoga at home, or anywhere! These cards can be used over and over again in lots of different ways: on your own or in a group of up to 8, with or without an adult, for a few minutes or several hours!
The MiniYogi Cards are also a source of inspiration and great tools for yoga teachers, school teachers and nursery teachers. They are recommended for ages 3 and up to 12 - why not more?
Each box contains this little treasure to take with you wherever you go:

You can see straight away that Sophie has put all her practical experience as a mum and yoga instructor into creating this card game!
Clever and creative, they can be used in 1001 ways and our children never get bored of them. In fact, MINIYOGI Cards are right at the top of the list of things not to forget when you go away for the weekend or on holiday.
We love seeing the kids having fun with it. As adults, we either join in or take on the role of photographer or camera(wo)man to extend the fun!

Mother of 3 daughters and former colleague of Laurence's in Singapore, Sophie has been devoting herself for several years to her greatest passions: children and yoga. She teaches her students the pleasure, happiness, peace and relaxation that come from practising yoga.
A qualified and certified yoga teacher for adults, pregnant women and children, she wanted to create a book to make the gentle, colourful and spontaneous 'world' of children's yoga accessible at home or anywhere. Children happily transform themselves into cats, warriors and pink flamingos... Parents often asked her for advice and tips on how to integrate yoga into their homes, so Sophie collaborated with talented illustrators and graphic designers to create this inspiring MiniYOGI universe.
