Returns and Exchanges
8.1 A Responsible Approach
In contrast to fast fashion, the Seller encourages fair and responsible consumption. Our joy is for you to wear what you order, and since every shipment has a carbon impact, even if small, we want to work with you to reduce it.
If you have any doubt about a color or size, please contact our Customer Service before confirming your Order; we will be happy to advise you.
8.2 Return Conditions
If a return is necessary, the Customer must first contact Customer Service, stating the reason for the return. The Seller accepts returns within 14 days from the shipping date, provided that the Products:
- have not been used, worn, or stained (be careful with deodorant and makeup),
- have not been altered or washed,
- are returned in their original packaging with original labeling.
Returns can be made in Geneva, by appointment only (as for Click & Collect – see point 7.6) or sent back by postal service with tracking, at the Customer’s expense.

8.3 Exceptions and Refunds
Cosmetic items and books cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any sale or promotional items.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items are altered.
If accepted, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 20 days, by credit to the original payment method used for the initial Order, and will only cover the price of the returned Products.
8.4 Exchange
If the Customer opts for an exchange, the Seller will offer (once) the shipping costs for the second shipment, as a commercial gesture.
If the Customer chooses to pick up the exchange via Click & Collect, no financial compensation will be granted for this offer.
