Why Experience a Sound Bath?
The sound baths, also known as sound journeys, are sound therapy practices that use the vibrations of intuitive instruments to induce deep relaxation and restore physical, mental, and emotional balance.
This approach is based on a simple principle: our body, being composed of over 70% water, reacts strongly to sound vibrations. The emitted sounds spread throughout the body, acting at a cellular level to release tension, reduce stress, calm the mind, and activate natural regeneration capabilities.

How Does a Session Work?
- In a group setting, you lie comfortably, wrapped in a blanket. Sounds spread all around you, in a warm and safe environment.
- In an individual session, the treatment may include a sound massage with a singing bowl placed on specific areas of the body.
The vibrations work effortlessly: they calm the nervous system, reset the mind, connect you to your breath, and release buried tensions.
