What is the purpose of a balance cushion or proprioception cushion?

Whether you're sitting at home, at your desk or using it for balance exercises, this cushion subtly helps to prevent back pain. It's suitable for both children and adults.
The Stability Cushion by ByAlex is available in 2 colours, which also go well with the Thick Mat:

The cover is removable and washable.
You can (un)inflate this cushion to make it firmer or softer, depending on how you use it. YOGA' advises you to adopt it gradually and not to do just anything with it. There are plenty of videos available on YouTube, so get inspired according to your experience and physical strength.
Cleaning the cover:
- Unzip and wash in the washing machine or by hand at 30 degrees maximum.
- It does not need to be tumble-dried; hanging it to dry is enough to remove most wrinkles. If you want to iron it, use a medium-high temperature.
- Once the cover is back in place, it may seem a little small at first glance. But it's like your skinny jeans. Use it, and it'll fit like new.
Cleaning the airbag:
- From time to time, spray it with water containing a few drops of ecological detergent.
- Then wipe the surface with a damp cloth using only water.
- Then let it air dry completely before putting the cover back on.
