YOGA MATS Yin yoga, Nidra yoga, Restorative yoga, meditation and Kundalini yoga can be ideally practised on this extra-long, wide yoga mat (200 x 75 cm) made from virgin sheep's wool. The merino mat is also perfect for vigorous, intensive yoga, as the wool surface is hydrophobic (it naturally repels water). Latex is used on the underside for good stability and grip on the floor, and wool is used on the top side. Avoid using these mats if you are allergic to latex (0 % of PVC or TPE).

BOLSTER The cylindrical cushion for yoga and meditation (25×60 cm). Particularly comfortable when placed under the knees or lying down for stretching, opening asanas and restorative postures.
Contains buckwheat hulls. The covers are removable thanks to a zip system: one cotton cover contains the buckwheat hulls, the second wool cover can be machine-washed at 30 degrees.
Easy to carry thanks to the handle.

ZAFU Traditional round meditation cushion, size 30x13cm. Its outer and inner covers are removable, it's made from Oeko-Tex-certified merino wool, and it's filled with buckwheat hulls. Buckwheat is the densest and firmest filling. You'll sit in a stable position and your yoga cushion will retain its original shape for a long time.
Why use a meditation cushion? If you want to meditate comfortably, whether regularly or infrequently, a yoga cushion or meditation Zafu can be useful. To ensure that your back is straight and your posture well aligned during meditation, we recommend that you sit with your knees crossed and resting on the floor. You can adopt this posture by sitting on a meditation cushion. The wool of this model will make it more pleasant, warmer and more cocooning. There are also many other ways to use this useful and charming accessory. Use it, for example, as a decoration for your living room or as a cushion when you're working or eating on the floor.
