Ocean drums | Meinl 41 to 51 cm
The Ocean drums, also known as Wave drums (wave drum or ocean drum), create sounds that remind us of the surf and the soothing sounds of the waves.
The sounds are created by small metal balls, contained in the drum, which roll on 2 different skins - a transparent synthetic skin and a natural goat skin.
These 2 sides can also be used as hand-played drums. Watch the video for a demo.
Very clever: on this Meinl model, an opening allows you to change the quantity of metal balls.
