Tibetan Bell | Sonic Energy
Tibetan bells are used to accompany meditation and rituals, whether related to Buddhism or not.
They are considered to symbolise the feminine principle, wisdom and enlightenment.
In a purification ritual, ring the bell to eliminate negative energy by ringing it in the room or near the person you wish to purify.
The rim of the bell can also be gently struck with a singing bowl mallet to amplify the sound.

Like the bowls, clean your cloche with clear warm water (beware of the thermal shock of very hot or icy water) to which you can add a little natural soap, and gently rub the inside and outside with a soft cloth. Rinse to remove any soap residue, then dry with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. This step is important so as not to leave any opportunity for oxidation of the metals.
