Cleaning :
- Clean your carpet simply by spraying it with water containing a few drops of eco-friendly detergent. Then wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth using only water. After cleaning, leave to dry flat on the floor. Clean your yoga mat about once a week. It's part of your yoga practice and it's important to treat it with love and patience so that it stays with you for a long time.
- When your carpet needs a more intensive cleaning, unzip the cover and wash it by hand or in the washing machine.
