The ultra-thin, ultra-light Yogamatata yoga mat can be rolled or folded. This makes it ideal as a mat to take with you when travelling or to use as an overlay. This natural cork mat from Portugal with a rubber underlay is eco-responsible, environmentally friendly (no TPE, no PVC), naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. Cork is soft to the touch, but also non-slip - the wetter your hands and feet, the more it grips. Tip: at the start of practice, you can spray it lightly with water to improve grip if necessary.
It's up to you whether you prefer it neutral or adorned with graphic designs using non-toxic water-based ink. What's more, it's also available in XXL size for taller people. Lightweight, it's easy to carry (1.3 or 1.5kg in XXL).

What is the purpose of a thin, foldable mat? You can use this ultra-thin, lightweight mat as a travel mat or as an over-mat on top of another mat. In this way, you can use the mat lent to you by the studio where you practice and still have your own personal, hygienic contact surface in the material of your choice.
The ultra-fine mats offered by YOGANEST, whether in cork or velvet, have a fine, even underlay of natural rubber. They stay in place without wrinkling or turning over when you move - even when you jump, for example, as you do in Ashtanga. - Do not machine wash or use soap!
- To clean it from time to time, spray with a homemade stain remover-disinfectant (advice from the Yogamatata brand): ½ water or floral hydrosol + ½ household white vinegar + just a few drops of essential oils if you feel like it. Then rub gently with a soft sponge or clean micro-fibre cloth
- Le Yogom spray can also be used, as it contains no vinegar or alcohol
- Always allow your carpet to dry completely (in the shade) before rolling or folding it.
