Welcome to our Yoga and Self-Massage courses
Relaxing and gentle, our classes in Geneva, Switzerland are for anyone who wants to rediscover their breathing and their body, refocus their mind and feel good. You don't need to be extremely flexible or physically fit; you'll be guided through a practice that will ideally complement all your muscle-strengthening activities.
To ensure that everyone finds the way of practising yoga that suits them, classes are offered in group, private and semi-private or in-company settings.

In group or private lessons, Laurence will guide you by suggesting variations, will listen to your specific needs and be available to answer your questions. at the end of the practice. It is essential that each participant takes ownership of the postures so that they can benefit from them.

Prices valid for yoga classes in a studio (location to be determined in Geneva). For classes at your home in Carouge or Geneva, and for the Bains sonores, please contact us.
The number of participants must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.
The little extras
Discount on E-Shop YOGANEST one week before and after the private class: 15% on clothing & jewellery and 10% on yoga mats & accessories - excluding sound therapy instruments, promotions, sales and special orders.
For home lessons, only blocks & straps will be provided to participants during the course. Please obtain a yoga mat as well as other accessories such as bolsters, zafus, covers.

A yoga teacher, Laurence specialises in Yin yoga, a rather gentle form of yoga with a meditative approach. She offers classes in yin yogayoga nidra and restorative yoga. She also teaches Myofascial Self-Massage, a way of massaging and relaxing using balls. therapeutics.
Laurence teaches all the regular classes in Geneva, Switzerland, in various locations, yoga studios and institutions. Classes are given in French, English or bilingual according to participants' preferences.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced in one of these practices, our classes are open to all, so you're welcome. We're here to help you discover the benefits of yoga, to take you on a journey of relaxation and serenity. To help you live in the present moment and disconnect from past and future events. During the yoga session, the different breathing exercises, postures and sequences help you to get to know yourself, let go and become fully aware of your body. Regular yoga practice will help you achieve deep inner peace.
Laurence also travels regularly to Vaud, Valais and the German-speaking part of Switzerland to teach Yoga workshops in the studios that host these events.
