This bolster from Yoga Boutique is a must-have for your yoga or meditation sessions.
Elongated and cylindrical in shape, this bolster is often used to practise gentle yoga (Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or prenatal yoga). Generally placed under the body, it promotes relaxation and relieves tension.
Hand-sewn in India and assembled in Switzerland, the yoga bolster has a removable, washable cover made from organic cotton. The inner cover is filled with Swiss spelt straw.
Thanks to its zip, you can adjust the height of your bolster by removing or adding padding. So when you're relaxing, you can find the posture that's best for your back, neck, legs etc...

The yoga cushion in the shape of a 'roll' is generally used to support different parts of the body during Yin, Restorative and prenatal yoga practice. In prenatal yoga in particular, it is an excellent support for the round belly of expectant mothers.
However, it can also be used at the end of a dynamic yoga session, during relaxation exercises. In this case, the bolster helps to relax the muscles and joints involved in the practice.
This accessory is the perfect support for letting go completely, so you can concentrate on the well-being of your mind without having to think about holding your positions.
Both bolster covers (outer and inner) have a zip. The cover can therefore be easily removed and washed.
By removing or adding spelt husk, the height of the bolster can be adjusted to suit everyone and every position.
These cylindrical cushions are handmade in India. Hand-sewn in a family-run business in India, the fabrics used for the Indian Dream collection are cotton and have been carefully hand-printed using a traditional technique. The stamps are specially made in a small factory in Rajasthan.
This technique is known as blockprinting and requires an enormous amount of precision. It is a tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation. This can also lead to small irregularities which, however, constitute the charm and character of the product. They are then assembled and filled in Switzerland using the best local spelt husks.
Measuring 65 cm long and 23 cm in diameter, the bolster comes with a handle or can easily be tucked under your arm during your journeys.
