The Mandala OM yoga mat is welcoming, warm and comfortable.
At 183 cm long and 66 cm wide, this yoga mat is larger than most conventional yoga mats. The 5 mm height ensures optimum cushioning on any surface, so you'll never hurt yourself.
The underside of the cork yoga mat is made of durable 4.5 mm natural rubber. This is why the mat has anti-slip properties. The top side is made of natural cork 100%. This super quality material is a natural antibacterial. It is therefore very easy to clean.
The combination of natural rubber and cork ensures a good grip during exercises, as well as a pleasant feel during relaxation phases.
Cork is a flexible material, so you can put your mat away by rolling it, without any risk of damaging it.
It has an insulating effect that keeps it at a pleasant temperature all the time. This is a great advantage, especially on cold floors.

Om̐ comes from the fusion of phonemes Sanskrit A, U and M :
- A represents the beginning, birth, and the creator god Brahmā
- U represents continuation, life, and the god Vishnu

It is the broadest and highest symbol of Hindu spiritual knowledge, a sacred syllable.
In addition, when practising yoga, we frequently make the sound Om. It represents the universal and primordial sound, and is particularly relevant to the practice of yoga. It is also often called the pranava mantra. As well as making the vocal chords vibrate, Om has real benefits for the body. It makes the ribcage vibrate and the inside of the body vibrates to the sound of it.
- Always try to keep it in a dry place away from light. It's handy to be able to store it in a carpet bag.
- To clean your mat and remove stains, start by wiping it with a soft damp cloth. Then spray it with a special yoga mat spray and lay it out to dry.
