- Use the strap to reach your feet in seated stretching postures, such as the Pliers or the Seated forward bendPlace the strap around the soles of your feet. This will allow you to stretch further without pulling on your lower back.
- In a Bridge (Setu Bandhasana) or Wheel (Chakrasana)Place the strap around your ankles or thighs to keep your legs parallel and prevent them from spreading apart, which helps to stabilise your posture.
- Use it also for shoulder-opening postures, such as the Cow pose (Gomukhasana)Hold each end of the strap behind your back to bring your hands together and create a deeper stretch without excessive tension.
