California White Sage (Salvia Apiana) has long been used in Native American traditions as a sacred purification plant. Its powerful and aromatic scent transforms your spaces, dispels heavy energies, and fosters an atmosphere of serenity and well-being.

It's a simple yet powerful ritual: just light a sage stick and let its smoke diffuse to create a peaceful and clear atmosphere. You can accompany this gesture with a prayer, a mantra, or simply a personal intention.

How to Use:

Light the sage bundle or stick with a lighter or match. Once the end is well lit, gently blow out the flame while keeping it smoldering actively.

Place the sage in a heat-resistant bowl – shamanic tradition uses an abalone shell for various energetic and lithotherapeutic reasons, but in our regions, a more local natural object like a flat stone or a slate slab is preferred. If you hold it in your hand, be sure to hold a container underneath with your other hand.

To extinguish it, press the sage bundle into a container of fine sand. Or just run it briefly under water. We advise you to use the stick sparingly, in several sessions. And open a window or ventilate after the ritual.

Usage Precautions:

Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing.

Strictly do not swallow; this is not culinary sage! Avoid inhaling the smoke directly.

Place the stick in a suitably sized incense burner on a flat, unwaxed, unvarnished surface, not exposed to drafts.

Do not leave unattended while burning. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in the presence of children, people sensitive to smoke or certain components. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Ensure the bundle is extinguished and ventilate the room after use.
