The Moon Meditation Cushion offers a different take on the traditional meditation cushion.

Its crescent shape naturally conforms to the back of the pelvis and provides ample legroom. Its filling of natural buckwheat hulls conforms to the body while offering stable support. The amount of filling can also be adjusted to change the height and firmness.

With its compact size, it is particularly well-suited for people who do not need to be raised very high to sit comfortably. It feels more like a small cushion placed under the sit bones—much like a carefully folded or rolled blanket—than a traditional, thick zafu.

It is therefore ideal for meditation, pranayama, certain restorative yoga poses, or simply as a small seat cushion.
